Alpha terms

adapt is in closed alpha: unfinished software, shared for free with people invited to test it. By using it, you agree to the following.

It's unfinished. Expect bugs, missing features and changes. Workouts may be recorded wrong or lost, so don't rely on adapt as your only record.
It's not medical advice. Recovery, readiness and other numbers are estimates for training, not diagnoses. Talk to a doctor about your health, and stop exercising if something feels wrong.
No guarantees. adapt is provided as is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for damage from using it.
It may end. The alpha, or your access to it, can stop at any time.
Keep it to yourself. Please don't share the app or your invite with others without asking.
Other services. Connecting Whoop, Hevy or Apple Health is subject to their own terms. adapt isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
